Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales initiatives, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the solar sales team to ensure high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, including residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analytics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local solar energy regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) but not required
- Proven experience in solar energy sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of solar technology, financing options, and the sales cycle.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
