Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales initiatives, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the solar sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analytics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with local solar energy regulations and industry best practices.
  • Represent Kardan Solar at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) but not required
  • Proven experience in solar energy sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of solar technology, financing options, and the sales cycle.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
