This leader will manage a multidisciplinary team comprising Software Project Managers, Software Partner Managers, Training Engineers, and Software Release Managers. The role requires close collaboration with Product, Development, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure timely and high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate combines operational expertise, leadership skills, and a focus on driving efficiency and team performance.
Your tasks
Job Purpose
- Lead and manage the operational aspects of software delivery across projects, releases, partnerships, and training.
- Foster alignment between Product, Development, and QA teams to support software lifecycle success.
- Develop and implement standardized processes for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Support the strategic goals of Kardex's software product portfolio through proactive leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor Software Project Managers, Software Partner Managers, Training Engineers, and Software Release Managers.
Design and implement workflows to standardize project management, release cycles, partner collaboration, and training programs.
Act as a bridge between Product, Development, and QA teams, ensuring shared understanding and objectives.
Drive initiatives to improve scalability, efficiency, and operational effectiveness within software delivery.
Job Requirements
Training / Education :
Business or technical degree in software engineering or a similar field is preferred
