The UI / UX Developer's primary objective is to design, develop, and implement intuitive, high-quality user interfaces that enhance customer experiences while aligning with organizational goals.
This role is a hybrid of design and development expertise, requiring a strong understanding of user-centered design principles combined with development capabilities to bring creative concepts to life. The UI / UX Developer will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to create and optimize requirements to screen.
The UI / UX Developer will also work on other full stack requirements in their free time and take on vertical slices of smaller sprints.

Your tasks
Job Purpose
- Design and develop engaging user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless functionality and aesthetics.
- Design and develop requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and functional code.
- Ensure consistency and usability across all products through adherence to design guidelines, best practices, and accessibility standards.
- Build and optimize interactive components and front-end elements using modern frameworks and tools.
- Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate designs to improve performance and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on UI / UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the design and development process.
Job Requirements
Training / Education :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.
Professional Experience :
Other Experiences :
Experience supporting and developing Warehouse control systems is preferred.
Experience with coordinating and collaborating with cross functional teams through multiple pieces of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Detailed understanding of logistics and IT processes
