As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a vital member of our team, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our valued clients. You will focus on building strong, long-term relationships with our customers by understanding their unique needs and providing personalized support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
  • Analyze customer insurance policies to identify any gaps in coverage or areas for improvement.
  • Proactively review policies with customers, explaining coverage options in clear and concise terms.
  • Recommend appropriate coverage adjustments based on individual needs and risk assessments.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with our customers by providing personalized service and demonstrating a genuine commitment to their well-being.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to provide updates, offer valuable insights, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Actively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Guide customers through the claims process, providing support and information every step of the way.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient claims experience by effectively communicating with adjusters and other relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance service delivery.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of insurance products, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications :

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on active listening and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with insurance software (if applicable).
  • Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
  • A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
