Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own all electrical systems across Kargo products including camera system, compute, power, battery, and networking.
• Work with external design partners to develop custom electronics to specification.
• Circuit board design (including part selection, circuit design and simulation, schematic capture, and layout review).
• Deliver on full lifecycle electronic design from initial concept through to production.
• Work cross functionally with mechanical, firmware, optics, and software teams.
• Own board and system level bring-up testing and characterization.
• Design and prototype cable assembly and wire harness systems, from prototype through mass production.
• Low level firmware development for bring-up and test.
