Key Responsibilities:
- Punctuality & Preparedness: Arrive on time, ready for your shift, and maintain a professional appearance.
- Scooping Efficiency: Serve ice cream quickly and consistently while maintaining portion control and presentation.
- Training & Compliance: Follow company policies, complete food safety training, and apply proper handling procedures.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and well-maintained, using appropriate cleaning products.
- Proactive Engagement: Stay productive by finding tasks during slower periods and be flexible with scheduling changes.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, knowledgeable service while representing the brand in a positive manner.
- Brand & Promotions Awareness: Stay informed about menu offerings, promotions, and loyalty programs while encouraging customer engagement.
