We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in first-party property law. The Associate Attorney will play a vital role in providing high-quality legal services to our clients while contributing to the growth and success of our firm.
Must have excellent negotiation skills.
This position offers settlement bonuses per settlement
Responsibilities
- Communicate/negotiate with insurance adjusters at the pre-suit phase
- Ability to effectively litigate files to resolution including taking/defending depositions, drafting/arguing motions.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Previous first-party property experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of cases simultaneously.
