- Work with the Head of Automation & AI and various Business Units to analyze workflows to identify opportunities for improvement while aligning with business goals and adhering to standards.
- Design and execute proof-of-concepts to evaluate the business value of Gen AI solutions with a focus on coordinating between data engineers / scientists, business partners, and vendors.
- Hands-on management of offshore resources.
- Work with various teams to help create Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence.
- Meet with senior leaders to develop new projects / provide updates on existing work.

For individuals assigned or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, NJ; New York State; and / or Washington State, the base salary range is listed below. This range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
148,614 - $201,066 / year
Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above range may be modified in the future.
