- Work in collaboration with business owners, system owners, software vendors, scientists / engineers / users, and a broad set of collaborators to define, implement, and sustain a digital thread integrating lab execution systems (ELN / LIMS), instrument data systems (IDA / HTE), and data analysis systems.
- Develop and execute an integrated product roadmap for the ELN / LIMS platform and IDA / HTE environments
- Define an integrated and coherent strategy of the ELN / LIMS and IDA / HTE systems
- Champion the adoption of Agile development frameworks across multi-functional teams
- Lead multi-functional initiatives to integrate instrument data systems with ELN / LIMS, enhancing data capture, analysis, and reporting capabilities in high throughput settings.
- Maximize the impact and outcomes of the ELN / LIMS and IDA / HTE systems
