The Opportunity:
As our Sales Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of Karl Chevrolet, setting the tone for each customer's experience. This position offers excellent exposure to various aspects of automotive retail operations and provides a foundation for potential growth within our organization.
What You'll Do:
- Warmly greet all visitors to our showroom with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or staff members
- Gather customer information and input data accurately into our CRM system
- Assist walk-in customers with basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Handle overflow calls from our Service Department when needed
- Support our Business Development Team with various administrative tasks:
- Keeping our CRM database updated and accurate
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns
- Compiling and organizing reports
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain organized logs of lease returns and track pickup of off-lease vehicles
- Manage general office duties including:
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Maintaining the reception area's professional appearance
- Ordering office supplies as needed
- Scanning, filing and document management
- Assisting with special projects as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, positive attitude with genuine customer service orientation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
