What You Will Do :
The General Sales Manager is a key member of the management team responsible for the performance of the dealership’s sales department. Implements plans to help department meet production, profit and people goals. : Assist in the development of plans, policies, and programs that lead to dealership success and gain in market share. Monitor competitive environments, advising management of potential opportunities. Attend to customer complaints, ensuring resolution and a high level of customer satisfaction. Build and maintain work teams that consistently achieve business goals, employees succeed in their jobs and the dealership commitment to customer service the Karl Way is actively managed and supported. Develop and grow a work culture that rewards excellence and promotes teamwork and collaboration. Responsible for employee performance evaluations that are timely, constructive and objective.
