What You Will Do :
Supervise activities of Detail Department to ensure all work is performed in a timely manner, according to established quality standards and customer requirements. As a working supervisor, cleans and details new automobiles for delivery helping department achieve productivity objectives and maintain a high level of quality. Consistently coach staff making sure all vehicles are prepared to Karl Chevrolet standards. Ensure inventory policies are being followed by all employees. Responsible for quality control through a thorough inspection of each vehicle Reject vehicles not meeting standards re-inspect problem vehicles to ensure quality standards are met. Keep vehicle lot impeccably clean, organized and customer ready.

- Be highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Possess strong time management skills
- Have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service
- Have a positive attitude with the desire to grow personally and professionally
- Team oriented
- Possess the ability to use technology applicable to role, and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities
- Have a clean and valid driver’s license
- Previous managing and detailing experience is ideal but not a must
