What You Will Do :
Responsible for management, and day to day production of a combined New / Preowned sales team. Develop and implement plans to help each sales professional succeed in meeting the responsibilities of their position. Assist General Sales Manager in building monthly sales forecasts that meet team capabilities and dealership production objectives. Track sales activity against forecast, identifying opportunities to improve results.
