Monday- Friday 7:30pm -5:30pm
Rotating Saturdays

What You Will Do:
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and proper control of transactions. Support service personnel in providing excellent service to Karl Customers. Serve as a liaison between customer and technician.

- Be able to ask needed questions, problem solve and utilize a variety of tools to define the issue and provide appropriate information
- Be able to stand and maneuver around office/shop for long periods of time
