Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Duties

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding procedures.
• Support employee relations initiatives by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict management.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Utilize HR software for managing employee data and reporting.
• Manage media platforms for recruitment marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of HR operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
