Small firm in historic district with continuous growth over 15 years is seeking licensed, senior architect with minimum 15 years USA, IBC experience in broad range of small to medium renovation-focused project types that include:
- governmental offices
- condominium common spaces
- religious facilities
- historic preservation
- high-end custom residential
Candidate must be able to:
- proficiently use AutoCad
- accomplish projects from design through construction with little oversight.
- provide extremely thorough quality control reviews of their own and consultant's work
- develop positive, enduring relationships with clients, co-workers and consultants.
Strong 3D graphic skills an advantage, but not necessary.
This position will be one of senior responsibility and management and viewed as path to firm equity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
