Do you thrive on designing innovative and engaging learning experiences? We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Instructional Designer I to join our dynamic Training and Sales Enablement team within Revenue Operations.
In this pivotal role, you'll design and develop blended learning solutions-including eLearning courses, instructional videos, AI tools, job aids, and more-to empower our Sales and Marketing teams in their clinical specialties. Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), integrate content into our Learning Management System (LMS), and play a key part in driving large company training initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Develop learner-focused materials like interactive anatomy tools, coaching exercises, and multimedia content.
- Work with SMEs to craft accurate, impactful training solutions.
- Manage projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of instructional design experience.
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 Suite, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and exceptional project management skills.
- A flair for integrating AI into training and an aptitude for learning new tech.
- A strong technical and creative mindset, coupled with attention to detail.
- Background in the medical industry (preferred) and willingness to travel up to 5%.
