To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for an Account Manager, Lifestyle to join our team based in our New York office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of strategic PR programs for clients, including partnership initiatives, message development, and coordination of press trips and events.
  • Proactively pitch and maintain strong relationships with key editors and media contacts across lifestyle, hospitality, and design sectors to secure impactful coverage, features, and news placements.
  • Develop, write, and edit press materials, including press releases, media lists, and case studies, securing client sign-off as needed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, media reports, and strategic recommendations to drive campaign success.
  • Mentor and oversee junior staff, ensuring strong delegation, collaboration, and project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless brand event execution, providing on-site support as required.
  • Monitor media placements, compile monthly reports, and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client services by integrating additional digital, event, or VIP offerings.
  • Conduct media research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic planning.
  • Support senior team members in new business pitches and contribute to expanding the agency’s Lifestyle and Hospitality portfolio.

Requirements :

  • Demonstrate solid understanding of and ongoing interest in Culture, Arts, Fashion and Lifestyle
  • 5-7 years of relevant industry experience
  • Must have a solid understanding of hospitality, lifestyle, luxury and wellness trends and industry
  • Experience with business pitches
  • Existing connections with press, media, influencers preferred
  • A keen eye for detail both with quantitative and qualitative data
  • Strong agency / in-house background working with hospitality and lifestyle brands
  • Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and effectively delegate to juniors where appropriate Ability to effectively influence junior level individuals and teams to meet their respective goals
  • Sets goals, monitors and reviews plans and prioritizes tasks effectively
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounts simultaneously

    Salary expectations :   $80K / yr - $82K / yr

    Basis : Hybrid

    Salary : $80,000 - $82,000
