To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for an Account Manager, Lifestyle to join our team based in our New York office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of strategic PR programs for clients, including partnership initiatives, message development, and coordination of press trips and events.
- Proactively pitch and maintain strong relationships with key editors and media contacts across lifestyle, hospitality, and design sectors to secure impactful coverage, features, and news placements.
- Develop, write, and edit press materials, including press releases, media lists, and case studies, securing client sign-off as needed.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, media reports, and strategic recommendations to drive campaign success.
- Mentor and oversee junior staff, ensuring strong delegation, collaboration, and project execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless brand event execution, providing on-site support as required.
- Monitor media placements, compile monthly reports, and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client services by integrating additional digital, event, or VIP offerings.
- Conduct media research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic planning.
- Support senior team members in new business pitches and contribute to expanding the agency’s Lifestyle and Hospitality portfolio.
