What You’ll Do:
As a Patient Care Coordinator/Community Liaison, you can change the lives of our patients and our community every day while changing your own life! By providing exceptional care, education, awareness and a personalized patient experience, you will provide a unique opportunity for our patients and our community at large to prioritize and achieve greater mental wellness.
- Set the stage as a patient's first point of contact for a positive experience at KSBH
- Execute tasks from patient intake through discharge including screening, scheduling, payment management, financial aid, EMR management, and client chart maintenance.
- Develop and expand relationships with referral sources such as clinical practices, community agencies and hospital networks
- Assess and report on market trends based on internal agency calls and external communications
- Represent agency at industry and community meetings and event
- Represent agency with supporters and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute internal marketing initiatives
- Contribute to and participate in all agency special projects and initiatives

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of customer service oriented work, clinical office experience preferred
- Social Media marketing experience
- Exceptional patient service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills.
- Above average proficiency with with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to create documents and tracking reports using advanced features
- Organized and efficient multi-tasker
- Committed to professionalism, integrity, and honesty.
- High energy and motivation to succeed.
- Eager to learn and confident in abilities
- Punctual
- Engage in organizational think tank to develop innovative new programs
- Familiarity with services and resources in the community preferred
- Experience with event coordination is a plus

Founded in 2005, our unique outpatient mental health therapeutic center is headquartered in O’Fallon, Illinois. We are family founded, family led, and family remains at the core of who we are.
