Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at Karma Casting.
It will be a short-term contract (March 1-Aug 30), with the possibility of extending based on business needs.
The Account Manager will be responsible program management, staffing events, communicating with talent and client and ensuring client satisfaction.
Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends - the selected candidate will be working with a very heavy focus on "prime time" for events - evenings and weekends.
This role will involve: managing client program details, execution management, communications, backend support of talent interface - verifying staffing is on site at the appropriate check in time and following up on any issues.
Will require a candidate with access to a computer and high speed internet and cell phone. You must be comfortable making phone calls. We are looking for someone who is able to work in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client management and relationship building
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of marketing and experiential marketing concepts
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Experience in the staffing industry or event management is a plus
- Customer Service Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
