We are a design-build company specializing in residential design, new construction and remodels. We seek a Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction phase of multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project superintendents and foremen, scheduling, subcontractor scheduling, quality control, and budget.
- Communicate effectively with the construction team and client.
- Develop a timeline with identified milestones for project completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct weekly site meetings to track progress.
- Prioritize and handle multiple project demands efficiently.
- Familiarity with construction safety, legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- 3 years of construction management experience.
- Strong organizational skills and computer literacy.
- Able to review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Familiarity with the building permit process and local regulations.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, Monday – Friday.
- On-call occasionally after hours and for weekend emergencies.
