We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
- Help with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client’s condition to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans.
- Must be able to pass background checks and any required training certifications.
- Flexibility in scheduling is important, as shifts may vary based on client needs.
