Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and valid driver license
• Previous Caregiving experience ( Required)
• Valid CPR (Preferred)
• Negative TB skin test within last 12 months
• Negative Background checks and motor vehicle background screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Need to be physically able to perform tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, and must adapt to varying mobility needs of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medication and monitor health vitals as instructed
• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in clients' homes
• Document and report any changes in clients' condition
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care
