Duties
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to care plans and dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Observe and document changes in residents' conditions, reporting any concerns to nursing staff.
- Uphold resident rights and dignity while providing compassionate care.
- Support residents with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
- Engage residents in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of meal preparation and dietary needs is beneficial.
- Familiarity with resident rights and the importance of maintaining dignity in care.
