We are looking for a HR ASSOCIATE!

Pay : $24 / HR - $27 / HR DOE

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :

• Proficiency in HRIS (ADP / Workforce Now preferred) software and MS Office applications.
• Map out training plans, and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for corporate, HR and more.
• Accurate and confidential support of all aspects of human resources, payroll, benefits, health and safety, and related HR functions.
• Provides support with the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and services in alignment with organizational and departmental goals and in support of all aspects of the employment cycle.
• Assist in processing and maintain employee paperwork related to employee records and files including payroll, HRMS, safety, training, and benefits.
