Position Overview:
As an Account Manager at Karr Technology Solutions, you’ll play a key role in managing and nurturing our existing client base while actively prospecting and securing new business. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to stay organized, juggle multiple priorities, and communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Take full ownership of in-house accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success
- Identify opportunities to expand services with current clients and drive upsell strategies
- Prospect, pitch, and close new accounts across multiple industries
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts—managing expectations, delivering updates, and addressing any issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, and sales) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track interactions and manage client data using CRM tools
- Report on account activity, growth, and performance metrics regularly

- Proven experience in account management, client services, or sales—preferably in the technology sector
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks at once
- Clear and confident communication—both written and verbal
