Responsibilities
- Assist in daily inside/inbound sales.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
- Maintain constant record keeping.
- Facilitate communication between donors and third party service providers.
- Assist in vital data entry.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors.
Qualifications
