Job description
Our real estate law firm is looking for a full-time Data Entry Clerk to provide administrative support. Daily functions include data entry, auditing billing entries, and performing other administrative and basic accounting functions.
Daily tasks include:
- Writing emails
- Performing daily, weekly and monthly tasks independently
- Data entry and record keeping
- Applying payments to invoices
- Sending contracts for services, entering new clients into the system
- Adding/updating contact and billing information in our case management system
- Communicating with clients regarding account and invoice inquiries
- Managing and tracking office inventory, including supplies, equipment, and materials
- Communicating with vendors about services and supplies
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Providing administrative support around the office and across departments
- Performing all assigned tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer programs like Google and Microsoft Office
- Able to learn quickly and properly execute instructions
- Able to self-manage and meet deadlines
- Able to keep organized and plan ahead while staying adaptable and open to change
- Able to communicate effectively
- Pays attention to detail
- Able to speak Spanish fluently
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
