As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and objectives of our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
D U T I E S A N D R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
General Duties:
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications and requirements of open positions.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for specific roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Utilize market research and industry insights to stay informed about talent trends and best practices.
- Identify innovative recruitment channels and strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the position, company culture, and interview process.
- Collect feedback from interviewers and facilitate the decision-making process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and feedback.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage.
- Track recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into recruitment trends, candidate pipeline, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve recruitment processes.

- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create and comprehend reports and spreadsheets.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment and under pressure of deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Champions collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative recruitment strategies.

- Adapts to changes in the work environment; is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
- Fluency in English, Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
E D U C A T I O N A N D E X P E R I E N C E
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
