Job Summary : We are seeking a talented SAP Project Manager with Azure DevOps experience to plan, execute, and finalize SAP projects within budget and deadlines. You will coordinate team efforts and third-party contractors, defining project objectives and overseeing quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Management :
Develop comprehensive project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals.
Coordinate managers and technical personnel through all project phases.
Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Leadership and Team Coordination :
Lead, coach, and motivate project team members proactively.
Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Ensure team members have necessary resources and training.
Stakeholder Management :
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Communicate project status, progress, and issues clearly and concisely.
Risk and Issue Management :
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Address project issues promptly and develop contingency plans.
Quality Assurance :
Oversee the quality of deliverables to ensure they meet required standards.
Conduct project evaluations and assess results.
Reporting and Documentation :
Prepare and deliver project reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
Experience :
Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and project management methodologies.
Proven experience with Azure DevOps.
Skills :
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps).
