What We Are Looking For:
- 5 years minimum construction management experience building homes, townhomes or multifamily projects
- Continuous learner looking for opportunities to improve
- Experience in production home building efficiencies, construction activities, and plan reading.
- Relationship and people builder
- Effective communicator
- Has high expectations of work performance from self and others
