Are you an outstanding and enthusiastic Lead Construction Estimator looking for a career opportunity that takes pride in your responsibilities and ownership in your projects?
The Lead Construction Estimator at Kartchner builds the project on paper before sending it over to the construction managers to build out in the field. This includes software and database management, material and labor negotiations, material and quantity take offs, P.O. creation and management, and material management.

What We Are Looking For :
- Minimum 10 years experience (preferably in production home building or multifamily)
- 5 years of experience in estimating and purchasing in multifamily or home building.
- Continuous learner looking for opportunities to improve
- Experience in production building efficiencies, construction activities, and plan reading
- Relationship and people builder
- Effective communicator
- Has high expectations of work performance from self and others
