What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 8 years of production homebuilding experience
- Minimum of 4 years purchasing and estimating experience
- Continuous learner looking for opportunities to improve
- Experience in production home building efficiencies, construction activities, and plan reading.
- Relationship and people builder
- Effective communicator
- Has high expectations of work performance from self and others
- Ability to negotiate favorable outcomes
