Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Collect and analyze research data to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
