Ideal Candidate:
Montessori background preferred (training or experience in a Montessori setting)
Experience working with Procare (preferred) or similar school management software
Highly flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to plan and coordinate school events
Experience with marketing and social media management
Knowledge of licensing regulations and ability to ensure compliance
Upbeat, professional, and solution-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support daily school operations
Assist teachers, staff, and families to maintain a nurturing and positive environment
Utilize Procare for administrative tasks and record-keeping
Plan and execute school events and programs
Manage and promote the school through marketing and social media
Ensure the school is compliant with all licensing regulations
