Our stylists can earn up to $80,000 before reaching the management level, and motivated managers can earn even more than that!

What You’ll Do:
- Help to lead and inspire your team to success.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Motivate by example, boost team morale, and provide hands-on support.
- Use exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with upper management, staff, and clients.
- Keep up to date with salon management software and other business applications.
- Be goal-driven with the ability to set, track, and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure consistent communication and collaboration with salon manager.
Compensation and Schedule:
- Make a minimum of $21-$35 per hour, including wages, earned bonuses, and tips.
- Help to craft a flexible salon schedule that ensures coverage on evenings and weekends and on days when the salon manager is not scheduled that works for the benefit of both customers and team members.
