The Role

At Kasa, we believe the future of hospitality revenue strategy lies in automation, experimentation, and bold decision-making. As our Senior Director of Revenue Management Strategy, you'll have the opportunity to challenge traditional hotel revenue models, test innovative ideas, and leverage cutting-edge technology to drive meaningful impact.

The core responsibility of this leadership position is to drive net revenue growth across our portfolio. Key focus areas include: yield management automation, demand segmentation optimization and incrementality measurement, as well as team leadership and overall net revenue maximization. Your mission is to solidify Kasa's position as a leader in revenue innovation, delivering outstanding financial results for our partners.

This is not just another revenue leadership positionโ€”it's a rare opportunity to redefine revenue strategy in hospitality. At Kasa, you won't be constrained by legacy systems or outdated playbooks. Instead, you'll have the freedom to design, implement, and refine revenue strategies that leverage artificial intelligence, dynamic pricing, and evolving guest booking behaviors. You will have the opportunity to build at the bleeding edge of automation and will engender a culture focused on profit maximization rather than just gross revenue management. We're looking for a visionary leader excited to shape the future of revenue management, to leave a lasting impact on the profession and set new industry standards.

As the top revenue leader at the company, you will be responsible for driving performance and accountability for revenue results to the executive team and Board of Directors. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

  • Segmentation, Channel & Distribution Optimization: Oversee and optimize our distribution strategy across all channels to maximize revenue and profitability.
