Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
- Participate in employee orientation and training programs to ensure all staff are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
- Assist in recruiting new team members, conducting interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and assist in budgeting efforts.
- Support sales management initiatives by implementing promotional strategies and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Experience
- Previous experience in store management or as an Assistant Manager in a retail setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory management practices and stock control procedures.
