Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, crafting cocktails, and ensuring that all beverages are served with precision and care. Experience in various settings such as fine dining, nightclubs, or catering is highly valued.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Assist in setting up for banquets or catering events as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
• Proficiency with POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
• Must be of legal drinking age as per state regulations.

Pay: $12.33 - $15.00 per hour
