Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Manage budgeting processes to optimize resource allocation and control costs effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to enhance their skills in food service management and customer interaction.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for transaction processing and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Assist in bartending duties as needed during peak hours or special events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting practices and financial management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to train staff effectively, fostering a positive work environment.
