Kascar, LLC an international mult-line dealer, distributor is seeking an Office/Accounting Assistant to join our team and will assist the General Manager. Successful candidate will also have knowledge of accounting principles, possess good work ethics, self-starter with great customer service skills and be able to work in a fast paced/diverse environment.
Responsibilities
- Full AR, AP, Reconciliations and Sales Tax
- Vehicle/Watercraft titling, knowledge and exposure
- Experience with residential leases, escrow account, posting payments and communicating with tenants
- Communicating effectively with vendors, customers and professional colleagues
- Participate in answering phones along with other administrative tasks
Skills
- Experience with SAP B1 and Quickbooks Enterprise
- Organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- SC Notary a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
