Job Description

We are seeking manual labor help around the blast & powder coating shops. No previous industry experience required. Our ideal candidate will :

  • Show up on time for all scheduled shifts
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Check their work
  • Be eager to learn

Compensation : $17-19 to start, assuming no previous industry experience

Benefits offered : Life, Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation

Employment Type : Full Time, M-F, 6 : 30 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Responsibilities for those new to the industry :

  • Hang parts
  • Prep parts
  • Package parts
  • Arrive to work on time every day

    • As you get comfortable, you’ll be promoted and trained to :

  • Pretreat (wash) parts with a pressure washer
  • Spray powder coating on parts
  • Follow specific instructions on work orders

    • Qualifications :

  • Manual labor experience required
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs
  • Must be able to work in hot summer conditions
