The Associate Director of Enterprise Integrations will lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions across the enterprise. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure seamless integration of systems (CRM,ERP,Data Wherehouse, 3rd parties etc.) and data. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex integration projects and a deep understanding of integration technologies such as MuleSoft and best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the enterprise integration team, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
- Develop and implement integration strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs and opportunities.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of integration solutions.
- Manage integration projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery and within budget.
- Stay current with emerging integration technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
- Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support for integration-related issues and challenges.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the integration team.
