WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
As a Product Manager, you are the owner of the product roadmap, vision, and strategy. You are the 'mini-CEO" of your product and instrumental in its success internally and in the market. You are the hub for all departments active in your product. You are responsible for the success of the product from start to finish.
THE SCHEDULE :
This role is 100% in office based in our Miami headquarters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES A ND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Define the product's vision and goals, identifying a long-term strategy and roadmap in alignment with Kaseya's overall objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform product direction.
- Prioritize customer needs, business value, and resource constraints.
- Identify market trends and emerging technologies that could impact the product's success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify, and address potential roadblocks.
- Provide clear and comprehensive input to development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Plan and execute product launches, including creating marketing materials, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring a smooth rollout to customers.
- Collaborate with executives and other stakeholders to ensure that the product strategy aligns with the company's overall business objectives and revenue goals.
