WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Associate Director, Strategy and Analytics. Reporting to the VP, RevOps – Deal Desk, this role is crucial in driving strategic initiatives through robust data analysis and insightful recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a self-starter attitude, and exceptional collaboration and communication skills to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives by analyzing data trends and providing actionable insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans and performance metrics.
• Utilize Salesforce and PowerBI to create comprehensive reports and dashboards that inform decision-making processes.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and track progress against strategic goals.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within all reporting and analytical processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the strategic and analytical capabilities of the team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or a related role within a high-velocity SaaS company.
• Proven expertise in using Salesforce and PowerBI for reporting and analytics.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Solid understanding of revenue operations and familiarity with other data analysis tools and software.
