Kaseya is looking for a Backup Solution Specialist to become an instrumental part of our sales and customer success teams, providing expert guidance and support to clients seeking comprehensive IT security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in one or more related Data Protection and Data Loss Prevention products
- Collaborate with account management partners to assist with pricing, packaging, and quoting strategies
- Leverage your technical expertise and product knowledge to adopt a consultative, trusted-advisor approach
- Help clients identify and address unique needs
- Position the differentiated benefits of Kaseya’s solutions
- Drive business outcomes as an integral extension of our partners' teams
- 3 - 5 years of proven inside sales experience with a strong track record of success
- Technical knowledge or experience in software sales
- Expertise in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery solutions
- A solid technical understanding of software, hardware, and applications (SQL, Exchange, SharePoint), virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix), and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent phone etiquette, high energy, and enthusiasm
- A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a phone-based environment
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Experience selling to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or working within MSPs is a plus
- Exceptional time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills
- A demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities and leverage internal and external resources effectively
- Proven ability to manage a sales process, from identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing deals, by understanding the customer’s buying process
- A personal commitment to continuous professional development
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, or equivalent
- A university degree is preferred, but not essential
