WHAT YOU'LL DO :
As the Lead, IT Network Engineering , you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of the company's global network infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, scalability, and security while leading a team of network engineers to deliver robust networking solutions. This role is critical in maintaining the operational excellence of our IT network systems and services across the organization.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced network engineering leader with a strong technical background and proven leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, as well as experience managing a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Network Design and Implementation :
Develop and implement strategies for network architecture, including LAN / WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and cloud connectivity.
Manage, mentor, and guide a team of network engineers, fostering collaboration and skill development.
Monitor and maintain network performance and availability using advanced tools.
Implement and enforce network security protocols to protect against vulnerabilities and threats.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to evaluate and procure networking solutions.
Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and processes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Deep knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP / IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark, NetFlow).
