WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Product Manager is responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet customer needs over the product-market lifecycle. To do this, you will collaborate with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, understand the Solution Context, and develop the Product Vision, Roadmap, and Features required to meet these needs. You will support the agile processes in delivering value through Scrum/Kanban and Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define, implement and extend product roadmaps
- Conduct Competitive Landscape and SWOT analysis
- Define and drive the business plan and positioning of the products working closely with Product Marketing, Sales and the Channels organization to define the go to market plan
- Drive the roadmap working closely with engineering, product marketing, sales, service and support.
- Conduct user acceptance of product releases prior to GA
- Manage products through launch and follow-on releases
- Interact with partners, customers and prospects to identify market needs and define product requirements that the engineering team can deliver within specification, on time, and within budget
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or an engineering discipline
- 7 to 10 years of overall experience, or equivalent
- 5 years of experience with product management, product development or equivalent
- 4 years of experience with internet related technologies, or equivalent
- 2 years of experience with security product/technologies
- Experience in Scrum methodology of product development & management
- Private sector experience in security industry is a must
- Passionate and knowledgeable about current security industry and trends
- Familiarity with big data analysis techniques and technologies
- Ability to gather data from the market and customers to analytically determine business priorities
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad range of technical and business audiences
- Organizational and project management skills
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
