WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Training Program Leadership:
- Design, implement, and manage onboarding and technical training programs for the Customer Success Operations team.
- Develop tailored training paths to support up-skilling and cross-functional knowledge sharing.
- IT Operations Product Suite Expertise:
- Serve as the lead trainer for an extensive IT operations product suite, including Autotask, IT Glue, ConnectBooster, and others.
- Stay current on product enhancements and integrate them into training content.
- Lab Environment Management:
- Own and maintain the training lab environment, ensuring it reflects the latest configurations and use cases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the lab to provide a seamless training experience.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Manage onboarding and up-skilling schedules to ensure timely delivery of training sessions.
- Collaborate with team leaders to align training timelines with operational priorities.
- Communication & Content Maintenance:
- Disseminate regular communications on product updates and their impact on workflows.
- Create, update, and maintain training content to reflect the latest product features and industry best practices.
- A passionate individual with a proven track record in technical training and onboarding.

- Lead the design and delivery of onboarding and training programs tailored for the Customer Success Operations team.
- Provide expert-level training for IT operations tools, such as Autotask, IT Glue, and ConnectBooster.
- Maintain and troubleshoot a training lab environment to support hands-on learning.
- Collaborate across departments to align training schedules with business needs.
- Regularly update training content to reflect product improvements and best practices.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in technical training, employee onboarding, or a similar role.
- Expertise in IT operations and tools such as Autotask, IT Glue, and ConnectBooster.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience with training content development and maintenance using modern tools and methodologies.
