What You’ll Be Doing at Kashable- Jr Collection Clicker Agent
Join our team as a Jr. Collection Agent where you will learn the skills necessary to succeed in loan operations. The Jr. Collection agent initial responsibility will be to manage an efficient and effective operation of our outbound call technology. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient connection of calls to our collection team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize reports and software to generate outbound calls to specified
- Monitor ongoing calls and average wait times to optimize call throughput.
- Promptly escalate to management when call wait times exceed acceptable limits.
- Maintain a consistent presence and operational readiness throughout scheduled shifts.
Requirements:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Ability to operate keyboard and mouse continuously during shifts.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to undertake additional tasks as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000 - $45,000 annually based on experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
